On November 25, the 2025 China-Malaysia Esports & Cultural Tourism Industry Salon and MoU Signing Ceremony was successfully held at the China Cultural Center in Kuala Lumpur. The event was jointly organized by the China Cultural Center in Kuala Lumpur, the China Cultural & Entertainment Industry Association Esports Branch (CCEAES), and the Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF).
Leaders and guests from these organizations attended the event. Mr. Lin Tong, Vice President of NetDragon, was invited to the forum to share the achievements of NetDragon’s “Esports + Education” initiatives.
Ms. Han Ning, Director of the China Cultural Center in Kuala Lumpur, stated: “As a bridge and key platform for cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia, the Center will continue to focus on creating dialogue channels, promoting mutual understanding, and advancing practical cooperation in culture, tourism, and youth education.” Qin Yuan, President of CCEAES, emphasized: “Esports is a cross-border cultural language, while culture and tourism connect hearts. Going forward, both sides will jointly promote youth cultural exchange competitions, co-develop integrated ‘Esports + Culture & Tourism’ products and activities, and establish a regular China-Malaysia esports cultural exchange platform.” Mohamad Naim, President of MESF, added that future collaboration will focus on talent development, governance system construction, international exchange, and digital education innovation, aiming to build a more professional, inclusive, and sustainable esports ecosystem.

Mr. Lin Tong, Vice President of NetDragon, highlighted that this esports education collaboration marks a milestone for the company as a leading Chinese “education abroad” enterprise. In recent years, NetDragon has actively promoted esports overseas and international cooperation, exporting China’s esports education standards and teaching models while establishing a three-in-one education system combining professional competition, educational training, and research certification. In December 2023, NetDragon founded the Xiangxiong Esports Club, aimed at nurturing esports talent and building long-term capabilities in the field.
